This package can be loaded by Renjin but there was an error compiling C/FORTRAN sources and all tests failed.

Multi-threaded GIF encoder written in Rust: . Converts images to GIF animations using pngquant's efficient cross-frame palettes and temporal dithering with thousands of colors per frame.
