R functions for analyzing spatial (cross-)covariance: the nonparametric (cross-)covariance function, the spline correlogram, the nonparametric phase coherence function, local indicators of spatial association (LISA), (Mantel) correlogram, (Partial) Mantel test.

This package can be included as a dependency from a Java or Scala project by including the following your project's pom.xml file. Read more about embedding Renjin in JVM-based projects.
