Dependencies

Fast adaptive binarization for numeric data arrays, particularly designed for high-throughput biological datasets. Includes options to filter out rows of the array with insufficient magnitude or variation (based on gap statistic).

This package can be included as a dependency from a Java or Scala project by including the following your project's pom.xml file. Read more about embedding Renjin in JVM-based projects.
